I work with a wide range of founders, you don't need a fully formed idea, a big budget, or years of experience to get started. If you have something you want to build, that's enough.
I have extensive experience with early-stage founders, creative businesses and social enterprises. I'm increasingly working with neurodiverse and ADHD founders, and actively developing my practice to make sure my support is genuinely useful for the way your mind works.

Four sessions of intensive mentoring to dive into your idea together. We'll examine it from multiple angles - refining the concept, identifying potential customers, exploring the market, shaping the language around it, and mapping out an initial strategy.

Brand bible & website
A holistic approach to building brand assets and a website that says exactly what it needs to — in a way your customers will respond to. We start with a Q&A session and shared exploratory work, then I build a brand booklet covering logo, fonts, colours, tone of voice, and customer personas. That becomes the brief for your website, which I design and deliver.

Do I need a fully formed idea before we start?
Not at all. Many of the best conversations start with a half-formed instinct. If you have something you want to explore, that's more than enough to begin.
Do you work with people outside Hampshire?
Yes — the vast majority of my work is done remotely, so wherever you are in the UK, we can work together.
What if I'm not sure which service is right for me?

I have ADHD / I'm neurodiverse — will this work for me?
I actively work to make my support genuinely useful for neurodiverse founders, not just theoretically inclusive. I'm continuing to develop my practice in this area and welcome the conversation.
